Updates on Navicare Service
Isaac Navicare has been proud to provide meaningful, life-changing support to individuals and families across our region.
Since 2021, Navicare has been supported through generous philanthropic funding, allowing us to support more than 1,200 people in our community. As the service approaches its conclusion, we are taking careful steps to support and transition clients ahead of the current service ending on 30 June 2026.
From 1 March 2026, Isaac Navicare will no longer be accepting new clients.
Your well-being and continuity of care remain our highest priority. This change allows us to:
continue providing high-quality care navigation to all clients who are already engaged with the service before 28 February 2026, and
ensure that any transitions, referrals, and file closure processes are handled thoughtfully and responsibly.
What support will continue during this time?
We are committed to supporting current clients through to the end of the service:
Face-to-face care navigation in Moranbah will continue until 30 June 2026.
Outreach support in Clermont and Sarina will continue until 30 June 2026 while current clients remain open in these areas.
All existing clients will continue to receive care navigation in line with Navicare’s usual standards of care.
